People's Postcode Lottery

Thanks to players of People’s Postcode Lottery Keep Britain Tidy have to date received an incredible £2,075,000 worth of donations. The support is helping our drive to recruit an army of #LitterHeroes Ambassadors to tackle the blight of litter across the country, as well as helping to grow and develop our Eco-Schools programme to enable thousands more children to learn about their environment and take action to tackle litter, end waste and save energy and water.

It has also supported our flagship Great British Spring Clean campaign since 2017, helping us to recruit over 500,000 #LitterHeroes to clean up all across the country. They will again be supporting our Great British Spring Clean campaign this year focussing on mental health and wellbeing in the 'Million Mile Mission' to for all of our litter pickers to reach a total of 1 milllion miles covered across the country.

Keep Britain Tidy's Chief Executive Allison Ogden-Newton said:

Some of this funding from the People's Postcode Lottery will go towards supporting our 290 #LitterHeroes Ambassadors.
