Waste Less, Live More Competition Terms & Conditions

This competition is offered by Keep Britain Tidy (‘KBT’)
The competition commences at 00.01 on 1st September 2019 and closes at 23.59 on 30th September 2019. Any entries received after the closing date will automatically be disqualified from inclusion in the competition.
Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) and aged 18 years or above. Employees of KBT directly involved in running the Competition are excluded from entering the competition.
In order to be entered into the competition an Entrant will need to:
1. Follow @KeepBritainTidy
2. Tell us your sustainable #SwapforGood – whether it’s a new re-usable water bottle or a beeswax sandwich wrap – we want to know all your hacks to avoid single-use plastic! Comment on Facebook using the hashtag #SwapForGood, or post on Twitter/ Instagram @KeepBritainTidy using #SwapForGood
3. Tag a friend and ask them to share their #SwapForGood (posts may include photos). Providing the post is successfully and legitimately posted, the Entrant will be automatically entered into the Competition.
Only 1 (one) entry per person, per account will be accepted. Entries suspected of foul play may be disqualified.
By entering the competition, the winner agrees to their full name as well as any communication about the prize being published on KBT’s website, publications and social media platforms at the discretion of KBT.
The winner also agrees to be involved in any after-the-event publicity reasonably requested by KBT.
The competition and winner will be chosen by KBT based on their quality.
The winner will be notified via the social media platform they submitted the post onto by KBT by 18th October 2019
KBT will be responsible for contacting the winners, collecting a postal address and delivering the prize via recorded delivery.
If the winner fails to confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of such notification, or if the winner chooses to forfeit the prize reserves the right to pick another winner as set out above.
Each of the 5 (five) winners will receive a Goodie Bag of products provided by our partners.
Please allow up to 1 month to receive the prize.
Any personal data submitted to KBT in connection to the competition will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.keepbritaintidy.org/privacy-policy All data processing will be lawful and based on consent; KBT will not use any personal data for other purposes, beyond those reasonably expected for marketing purposes, without the explicit consent of the individual to whom the data belongs.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
KBT do not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of accepting a prize. KBT further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to or resulting from the prize.
