Keep Britain Tidy Chief Executive Officer, Allison Ogden-Newton OBE, speaking annual Network Conference

Thursday 26 February 2026, The Midland Hotel, Manchester

Our annual Conference and Awards serves to deliver vital professional development opportunities and practical insights, designed specifically for local authorities, land managers, housing associations, and commercial partners.

The day is structured to provide:

Networking opportunities: Connect directly with hundreds of your peers, industry leaders, enforcement experts, and Keep Britain Tidy’s own specialist team. Forge the partnerships needed to address shared environmental challenges.

Knowledge sharing and learning: Receive up-to-date information on the latest policy, enforcement innovations, and cutting-edge research to inform your strategy for the year ahead.

Strategic alignment: Ensure your local priorities are aligned with Keep Britain Tidy's national strategy, maximising the impact of your campaigns and resource allocation.

DRS and EPR update: Get the latest vital updates on the implementation of the Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) from representatives of the UK Deposit Management Organisation (DMO) and Pack UK.

Workshops

Throughout the day, dive deeper into practical sessions, including a closer look at what makes a successful town and city partnership, our latest fly-tipping strategy, plus a critical legal update from environmental specialists Watts Legal.
