As a #LitterHero you will have access to a number of exclusive Keep Britain Tidy resources, including use of our official #LitterHeroes logos. As #LitterHeroes are therefore representing Keep Britain Tidy, there are a few things we would ask of you.
Please read the following and if you are happy to agree to the below we would love you to become a #LitterHero.
As a #LitterHero I will:
- Support Keep Britain Tidy’s aims to eradicate litter and reduce waste, improve the quality of public spaces and help people live more sustainably
- Support and take part in Keep Britain Tidy’s campaigns where possible
- Record your litter picking data using Collect & Count to help us build a national picture of littering and the impact of volunteers
- Use the #LitterHeroes logos where possible, adhering to the brand guidelines
- Use the health and safety guidance recommended by Keep Britain Tidy, where appropriate
In return Keep Britain Tidy will:
- Support #LitterHeroes by providing guidance and resources
- Celebrate the achievements of #LitterHeroes on our social media pages, website and in external communications (with prior agreement)
- Send quarterly #LitterHeroes newsletters to share details of campaigns and relevant news
