The project
We began Eco-Schools in 2009. The aims of this project were to compare and increase biodiversity in our school grounds.
Delivering the project and linking it to the curriculum
Project was integrated into curriculum with elements including Science, English, Maths, Art, D&T. For example,

Getting the pupils involved
Pupils were involved in deciding and planning the activity.

Yes – grant obtained from local council.
Project support
We received support from parents and staff. As well as relevant officers in Shropshire Council and Ludlow In Bloom.
Challenges
We operate in a small centre, with diverse and fluctuating pupil population.
