If you’re looking for some family fun over the Easter weekend look no further than your local park or green space.
A number of Green Flag awarded parks and green spaces will be holding Easter egg hunts over the Bank Holiday weekend and everyone is welcome.
With more than 1000 parks and green spaces awarded the national standard last year you’re never too far away from a well managed, high quality area.
So, whether you fancy a tradional Easter treasure hunt or an egg scramble there’s something to suit all tastes.
Search for an event on the Green Flag Award website and you’ll find egg-citing days out such as an Easter Egg Trail at Holt Country Park in Norfolk, or an Easter Eggstravanganza at Whitton Country Park, Lancashire.
