On Sunday 5th June, Keep Britain Tidy is encouraging people to get together with their neighbours and members of the local community to have a Big Lunch celebration followed by a Big Tidy Up.
The Big Lunch aims to get as many of the 61 million people in the UK as possible to get together and enjoy lunch with their neighbours. And why not spare some time to take part in a Big Tidy Up litter pick.
This is an opportunity for people to make the most of their local area, while fostering community spirit, by holding an event for everyone to join in.
