Orders for the Keep Britain Tidy World Cup posters have been flying in and despite not bringing England luck on the pitch yet, it seems we can be proud of our country off the pitch!
Businesses in Langley Park, Durham have been showing off their posters as they show their pride in England and support for the England team.
Cameron Gordon from We Are Langley Park said “The World Cup gives us permission to be proud of where we live and the posters allow us to take pride in where we live on a local level.
“The businesses in Langley Park love them and have all agreed to display them in their front windows. The residents have got caught up in the idea and kids were even asking for any spares!
“Together with ongoing campaigns and volunteer litter-picking, the posters will help reinforce the no litter message.
“The morning after the England game was better than a regular Sunday morning used to be before we started!”
There are two posters available, one featuring the St George’s Flag along with the line ‘Have Some Pride’ and the other showing the world famous tidyman showing off his goal scoring skills along with the line ‘We don’t need Messi’.
There are still posters left so make sure you order yours in time for the next England game!
