This course aims to provide front-line employees (street sweepers) with the knowledge and understanding needed to perform their operational tasks in a manner which is efficient, safe, and has regard to others who may be affected by their activity or presence.
This course is designed to impart practical tips, solutions and experience to officers involved in investigation and prosecution of fly tipping and other waste offences. The course revolves around investigation and prosecution of a typical case. Delegates attending will have the opportunity to improve and practice interviewing techniques, assess evidence and experience the strengths and weaknesses exposed by a contested hearing.
