Keep Britain Tidy’s expertise in training shows that training requirements can vary considerably and your needs can often be very different from that of others being trained. Keep Britain Tidy training courses reflect this with the option of in-house and tailored training courses.
In-house training
We can deliver all our training courses in house, either at your place of work or at a local venue of your choice. In-house training is a great way of reducing your costs. Not only will you save money on travel and accommodation but the more staff you train – the more you will save.
Tailored training
Keep Britain Tidy can tailor the majority of our courses to meet your specific needs or to focus on issues that are particularly relevant to your organisation and local area. This provides your staff with the motivation, skills and knowledge needed to be more effective in their role. Tailored training also provides you with a chance to disseminate any internal information to your staff, with the opportunity for discussion.
Hosting a regional course
Recently proved to be a very popular cost-effective choice, this option cuts down on travel time and expenses.
We can now offer the following incentives for Local Authorities who would like to host a regional course.
1 place free - provide room and equipment (i.e. LCD projector/screen and flipchart)
2 places free - provide room and equipment (i.e. LCD projector/screen and flipchart) and refreshments throughout the day, including lunch
We would advertise the course on our website and invite other authorities to attend. We also ask that you promote within your neighbouring authorities as we can only run the course with a minimum of 8 (paying) delegates.
