Course Aims
To enable effective and efficient service delivery of local environmental management, through researching customer needs and other community characteristics. This training describes methodology aimed at increasing customer satisfaction whilst improving the overall efficiency of street cleansing and related services.
Course Objectives
By the end of this training delegates will be able to:
- Identify local environmental issues and responsibilities;
- Identify and be aware of factors affecting street cleansing and related services;
- Identify social, economic and environmental issues and their impacts on service delivery;
- Demonstrate research techniques to analyse their service delivery areas.
Keep Britain Tidy is currently seeking accreditation of this course by relevant bodies.

This training is suitable for local authority directors, managers and senior officers responsible for making decisions over the delivery of street cleansing and related services.
