Aim
The aim of this course is to understand and apply the art of stone restoration using specialist silicate dyes.
Objectives
On completion, attendees will be able to meet the following learning outcomes:
- Practical learning through watching a skilled and experienced stone mason apply the various techniques to colour out graffiti;
- Learn the process and reasoning for colouring out graffiti and some of the pitfalls that you may experience;
- Complete a practical supervised session applying the theory of colouring out graffiti on stone;
- Repeat the pprocess until delegates are confident and skilled in colouring out.
