Flycapture Enforcement Training is a national training programme developed by DEFRA, The Environment Agency and The Welsh Assembly Government to assist local authorities to deal with the ongoing problem of waste crime and fly-tipping.

 

2 days (Stage 1a) - Legislation and Tactics
