  There's nothing worse than a load of Eco nut-cases trying to deny innocent members of the public their human rights. Whats this website suggests is in direct contradicting to the European Human RIghts Act, clause 13b. Why shouldn't we remove our crips packets from the car by throwing them out the window, discard our cigarette butts on the road, or leave all our vodka bottles on a grassy siding.

  It makes me mad when I see people do this, I saw an ignorant driver in a white van........throw quite a bit of rubbish out his window in a traffic queue. I beeped him and was promptly given an offensive gesticulation!! Who do these people think they are that they can spoil where we all live because they are too lazy to take it home. Well done on this campaign.

  Didn't agree with Nicola, North West comments ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!! about car owners being targeted regarding littering out of their cars. Anyone littering anywhere should be named & shamed. It costs money, OUR money as tax payers to pay someone to clear up the mess made by inconsiderate people who can't be bothered to put their litter in a bin or take it home.Littering from a car is dangerous, an example I have been a motorbike rider & someone threw a still lighted cigarette end out of their window, it hit me in the face!! It could have been nasty but fortunately that time it wasn't. It should be the people littering that should be punished with a fine & not fob it off for someone else to clear up. Some people's reactions make me suspect they're not happy at being targeted, could it be perhaps they have actually been littering from their car? DON'T DO IT have some respect, if you don't do it then you're not being targeted are you?
