  As a person it upsets me to see litter on the floors in buildings and outside on the fields or the roads, If i see anyone littering (even my friends and family) I will lecture them about how it is bad the enviroment. So if you see anyone please tell them to put it in the bin. Thank you.

  well i did not think "keep britain tidy" was still in existence ?? so other than being able to google you you are not high profile enough !! you should be given slots on bbc to try and turn back the tide on litter which is a national disgrace !! i always thought it was against the law ?? so why are our road sides / lay byes / rabouts in such a mess. if it is a fineable offence , then lets start to enforce it . fast food companies should also be involved , as a lot of their rubbish is going to be just dropped to the ground . so we need the public to be bombarded with tv slots / notices . fines should be imposed and that means police / community police / wardens for parks and parking should all be involved . schools should be involved , as its the future generations we need on board to have some pride on our streets / roads / parks etc i will send an email to my loacal mp as well . as we have a huge number of people on benefit , those that are able bodied should have an obligation to give something back to the community , voluntary work which could be litter collection. okay that will do for now .

  I think that you should also be collecting the registration details of the vehicles involved. A nice note through their door saying they were seen throwing litter out of your window at a certain place at a certain time may make them think twice.
