Policy underpins all of the products, services and campaigns that Keep Britain Tidy delivers. Through our policy work, we also hope to influence decision-making on a national, regional and local level.
Policy statements
The policy statements outline where Keep Britain Tidy stands on a range of important issues and what action we call for. The policies are based on sound evidence. They also undergo a lengthy consultation period involving staff and other important stakeholders.
Keep Britain Tidy is committed to regularly reviewing these policies so that they remain as up to date as possible.
Consultation responses
Keep Britain Tidy regularly responds to consultation documents and submits evidence to expert enquiries.
This is an important part of our work as it allows us to keep local environmental quality high on the political agenda.
